Directed by Rae Mcken – recently returned from directing a new play, Gravity, for Birmingham Rep and previously with the RSC and The Royal Court – this pacey production embraces the wonderful richness of Shakespeare’sparkling masterpiece.
Original music and sound design comes from Edward Lewis: recent theatre work includes productions at Hampstead Theatre, Bristol Old Vic and Young Vic and Sadler’s Wells.
The production’s design comes from Penelope Watson, who also worked with Custom/Practice on their 2011 sell-out Othello at the Rose Theatre, Bankside and the critically acclaimed and Offie!-nominated Malcontent at the White Bear Theatre.
Lighting Design comes from Simon Bond, who has worked on numerous productions with Birmingham Rep.
